Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • How do I start a return or exchange? It’s simple. Just visit our online Returns Portal, enter your order number and zip code, and follow the prompts to print your prepaid return shipping label.

  • When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders & Tracking

  • How can I track my package? As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also log into your store account to view your order status at any time.
